its been a longlonglooong time since i've tricked.. and even exercise and i feel fat though i'm not, due to <<insert suitable excuse other than 'lazy' here>>

what would you recommend me to do (as exercise), so i can go back to tricking without feeling sluggish? i'd like to know what brawn food i should consume too.

thanks :D

i only asked the Opinion of the tricking community, not ask them to come up with a schedule for me

if im too lazy to think for myself then i'd rather ask them to train for me ¬_¬

and the reason why i couldnt train cos i had important exams and camps and stuff that require my fullest attention

everybody has the same amount of time. 24 hours a day. better get up and do something instead of searching for excuses in your exams etc.
+ there are no things you should do before start tricking. just go out and trick.

i would really wanna go on with a debate but i guess for the sake of everybody, i'll sincerely say a 'thanks, you got a point. i guess i'll start asap'

Search the internets and read stuff, there's so much you can learn by yourself :D

Then, you can talk to other fanatics about it and you learn even more!

Why do people think they need to "prepare" themselves to trick? Just start with the more basic moves if it's that hard to get back into it.
