"Training time of the day" thread made me realize my energy levels are fucked up.

I'm generally weak in the morning and sometimes sleep off in class. At about 3-6pm I start getting more and more excited until it peaks around 8pm at which point I feel my brain is 110% operational and I feel divinely inspired to do anything. It slowly fades out and I can get to sleep around a bit more than midnight. It's kind of annoying really.

Anyone got similar patterns ? I'm thinking maybe overtraining or mental dissatisfaction

imo its always about the pattern in which you go about your daily routine...
if your body is used to a certain pattern, then regardless if you skip a day, or 2.. even a few more, it will still "follow" the same pattern of "preparation" .. because it "knows" that the physical exersion comes at a time later on the day (or earlier, whichever), so if you suddenly decide to try and change the cycle.. of course there'll be bumps in the road for ya..

adrenal exhaustion though.. doubtful, you're only 19, and unless you're eating shitty, or not getting enough sleep, the above is propably the best assumption..
not that im an expert but.. yea

I was checking out some adrenal exhaustion videos a few days ago.

I doubt that one would help you though.

adrenal exhaustion and chronic fatigue normally go hand in hand... You would know if you had either, as you would most likely feel so shit the whole time that you would want to see a doctor. you probably just have a messed up sleeping pattern like myself, i cant go to bed before like 12 at night, and i struggle to wake up till about 12 in the afternoon....this effects my energy levels pretty similarily to yours.
