Do you think taking one day off frm the gym is really a big deal, if it's only one ever haha.
I have onset muscle soreness from tricking yesterday, first trix in ages, and I was already dead from working and studying=not much sleep.
I have fucked all day sleeping too much and trying to catch up on eating, it's almost half 8pm now haha. Would it be better to just sleep tonnight and goto the gym tomorrow?
Help guise!

I train monday, wednesday and friday. So if I miss today I can do tuesday, thursday, and saturday, then go back to monday, wed and fri, next week.
