I just got really bored and decided for practice over a mattress. It's way to cold outside to trick. So I did it in my house and it worked well.I also had enough space before I get flamed.

I have a problem just landing the move.I believe I have the rest of the move down with getting over and the hip movement.Any help will be greatly appreciated!:)

I do it on my opposite side on the leg I use for websters and cartwheels.

Doing em from standing aint too ez. I'd step over or carry thru into it for power.

Thanx Agua.I had a feeling maybe I need more momentum.I'm going to try that next time I drill these.I want them so bad!

it might be my lack of sleep, but it looks like the raiz attempts are over the top like an aerial, and not really kicked around...but that could always be fixed after you have it landed good..nights people

trying spinning into them a little bit, it will help with the arch. right now those are looking like aerials. most people do it on the opposite side as regular raiz, because it kind of like an axe2aerial.

I think u could turn ur chest around more(towards the right) so u can get more of a backwards motion.Drill Drill Drill

i agree, they are hard to do from standing.

doing them on your aerial side will make them uuuber easy though :good:

just treat them like an aerial as much as possible, just with a different setup.

it'll feel weird as hell to begin with but you'll get it.

yeah, i agree with andy - they're super easy when you're doing them on your aerial side

But he did say that he wants to do a raiz...not manipulate his aerial into being a "raiz" that hes not gonna swing thru cause its not his take off leg hes gonna be landing on.Keep it the way u have it kid.Drill Drill Drill

do you low raiz on the same side as your aerial? if you did, you'd know that you can s/t just as easily, if not more so because the s/t leg can travel in a much straighter line, hence why people can s/t from straight gainers.

just look at nate p's low raiz. Regardless of whether he treats it like an aerial, the end result is the same; a very s/t'able move.

Exactly,I don't want it on my aerial side because then I won't be able to swing through it.

Actually no... if u raiz on the side that u aerial on ur gonna be scared as shit to swing thru cause like i said b4 its not ur take off leg. Get it? Not many ppl swing thru straight gainer flash if thats wat ur sayin..gainer switch is a different story since ur landing on ur take off leg. And yes i watched some Nate P and hes jus doin raiz..no low raiz,no high raiz its jus a raiz. I think ur mistakin because hes a CW tricker. HE'S SUPPOSED TO RAIZ THAT WAY!!! Thank u very much

Nata P does his low raiz CCW, his other direction.

I've seen Prodigy's tutorial, but I don't see why there's a need for a low-raiz and high-raiz distinction. They are both raizs. More inversion is better IMO but you can do the raiz at any angle you please on an entire spectrum from vertical to upside down.

I really don't see why there's a high and low raiz. There the same damn thing. The low raiz looks way better because it's how it's supposed to be done.(no handed gumbi) Instead of just kicking over the side. But whatever.

Why not do them from standing haha? They're easy. More momentum just makes it easier to do any kind of Raiz in general.

Don't look too much into this suggestion, but just to possibly get a feel for the low Raizness of this, yeno how you step forward into an Aerial? Now, on your other side, do a Cheat Setup instead into an 'Aerial'. May or may not work, if it does work yay for you, if it does work then it's time to actually practice some technique haha.
