I did some serious stretching a couple weeks ago (trying to split). Did the whole stretch, flex as hard as possible for like 20-30 seconds, inhale, exhale and release the flex at the same time as well as increase the stretch then repeat...no rinse "because there is no rinsing in tricking!" --Juji
Anyway, about 20 min of stretching I felt great -- of course. I did feel a little sore on the side of my knee (towards the midline). It's still sore. There isn't a bruise or any noticeable inflammation. Is this normal for a 2nd time serious stretching regimen?
Anyone ever have the same soreness?
