cheap-ish HD camcorder?

so im not going to be able to afford a HV30 or something that cool but theres gotta be an hd camcorder out there for around 300-500 bucks?

anybody have hands on experience with any cheap-ish ones?

you can buy hd cams here starting from 70 euro's.
its 720P though.
