I've already got tips from a few people but i thought the more i get the easier it'll be. It would be cool to get bwists asap coz for me and most people its one of those hard and gay tricks that takes ages to get but it's like something you need.

Kick up higher. You're just getting that leg up a little and twisting right away. Get it up as high as possible before you twist.

What syvo said. You're not kicking your back leg up at all. Your jump lacks power too. Do the move like a bkick - except twist when you're at your peak. Also your setup is wrong. You do this bouncy little setup - either go into it full speed without 'bouncing' or do it standing.

Okay... so yes throw your leg up of course. When the leg reaches that point where it starts pulling the rest of your body, that's when you wanna take off. Also, your leg isn't the only thing you need to 'throw' up. Think about throwing your torso up with it. Think that you have to throw your leg up and match it with your spine. Then as soon as you feel the pull, twist it. Then twist from the point you start (chest facing ground) all the way to chest to ground again. The ending is crucial. If it helps think about getting your left shoulder back around and pointed toward the ground.

The bouncy setup isn't really a problem because you're just learning the trick. It actually helps you learn the rhythm. You can fix this later when you get it fluently.

You're mostly missing a dip and the take-off kick.

Exaggerate everything and spend some time figuring the trick out instead of just crashing a million times.

Kick up haaaaard. Stall and then twist. Try it without the mattress soon, it'll make it easier to land.

If it makes you feel any better you're just about as close as I am haha.

yess, most things have been said ahaha..
but yeah, focus on jumping really hard, feel that leg extending violently under you, while your leading leg is hiigh in the sky.. you're not really going up at all atm

Kick you back leg up more, and go up before you actually start rotating :good:

Also, if you can hold the twist with better form you can go faster and lose less air.
You do seem to be bending at the hips after you throw it, which makes it harder to keep spinning.

Do your B-kick and soon as you enter it and get its peak height twist!
Might/might not work depending on how properly set your b-kick is but worth a shot!

Remember B-kick is B-twist Little sister so have that high and landed well!

Overall keep it up tricks are looking good!

Jump. Get full extension of your jumping leg (down to the toes). You are trying to raise your center of gravity before you get off the ground (for most people this is slightly lower than head hight). Then, the second you are in the air (and not a moment before) you wrap for the twist.

Plus what other people said

Throw your body up as hard and fast and high as you can. As soon as that foot leaves the ground you have to twist.
Imagine your whole body was a horizontal bar. All you have to do is get that leg over by twisting the bar.

Also try not to force the move. It's meant to be very floaty and fluid. At the beginning most people focus on just getting their body to twist, which does do it in the end, but they develop bad habits.

As with any trick, just keep drilling, you'll get it in the end.
