i'd also say frontfliptwist / aerialtwist. some fulls are btwist though which sucks :D

The logical progression is cartwheel>frontflip -> cartwheel>fulltwist.
But you come out of the cartwheel facing the side, so it's more of a frontfull/sidefull hybrid.

it is what it is.

take off sideways. land facing the direction you came from.

I'd say it depends on the way you're doing them. If you come out of the cartwheel facing the direction you're coming from, and do a backflip with a fulltwist, its a backflip with a twist. (even though a roundoff would be the better choice in that case)

If you take of sideways, you can do a side full, rotate 360° and land facing to the side. Or you take off sideways and land facing the direction you were coming from, in which case it is more of a front half or aerialtwist, and you aren't twisting the whole 360° (I think that's the most common one)

As long as it's inverted (not a btwist) it just depends on how you visualize the trick for yourself, how it works for you, and how you want them to look. Even if you do them like a btwist no one can really say anything against it as long as you're aware of it, because after all it's your trick. But you should aim for the inverted one anyway.

Yes, that's normal; however, I would discourage you from training cartwheel fulltwists if you are not yet proficient in the throwation of backflip fulltwists.

I indeed made up the word "throwation", and I fucking well expect you all to start using it.

for all learning and logistical purposes.

The Cart full that I see a lot of people do is in fact a cartwheel frontflip half twist

Yes, yes it is.

I encourage you to learn backflip fulltwist first, because although your back full will not mess with your cartfull technique at all, your cartfull will fuck with your backfull. Personally, I got real snazzy at backfulls before moving on to cartfulls, and now I'm doubling both so I'd say this method works out well. Patience is the key to mastering your trickz.

Lol I got too used to bhs and now all my backtucks are arched which doesn't really make it a backtuck anymore :eh:

It's a front half twist, unless you're tkd_andy/k slash where it's a side full
