So guys, I got a one-handed cartwheel and was just beginning to learn the Aerial, but it seems that I can't do it without using my hand as a support to the ground.
How did you learn to transform your cartwheel into a full Aerial?
Do I need to take a more powerful take-off or what?
Any tips are appreciated.

1. Get your foot as far infront of your body as possible on the take off(blocking).
2. Jump off hard and fast.
3. Drive that back leg up and pull it all the way through and again as infront of your body as possible on the landing.
4. Remember to swing the arms upwards on the back leg lift as hard as you can and glue them to your sides if you keep touching ground.
Haha I think I just made a mini tutorial :good:

Practice the shit out of your cartwheels, drill until they are super fast and easy to do.
-Then work on getting super fast dive cartwheels where you don't put your hands down until your jumping leg leaves the ground.
-Then work on getting super fast one handed cartwheels with either hand.
-Then work on getting super fast dive one handed cartwheels with either hand.
-Then go for the real deal.

with some people the aerial takes a little more time and patience. this is a move that you can really just drill the shit out of it. so do so.
