hi, whenever i do gainer flash i land low and fall backwards after landing. What are some key things in this move that i need to do, to land it perfectly?:smile:

oh yeah, i forgot to say this. im talking about jstep gflash. I can do reverse gflash.:smile:

lol im learning mine too atm and that video is great except for one thing..

every time im watching it, i get distracted from the camera man's heavy nose breathing sounds O.O

haha, thats my nephew. he had a hard time breathing for some reason
