sounds good- the one and a half dive seem like a huuuge gap from front flip- ill try!

haha yeah it is. Try over rotating them into a pit, then throw in a mat so you can see how high you are when you hit the ground, then you will know if you are capable of the dive yes.

1 and a half into dive could be tried on a trampoline 1st i spouse.. more bounce less hardness in landing? or foampit if you are that lucky.

Make sure you're front tuck is high as fuck pete, like really really high. Make them really sharp and quick. A foam pit wouldn't hurt for your first attempts, but you can make do with paramount if you have to.

I would say throw it if you feel ready, try to spot the ground after the first flip so you don't get lost. But if you do, its probably better to stay tucked than to open. At feels like the double takes longer than it should until you get used to it.

You can do timers for double fronts, just as you would do timers for double backs. So for a double front timer, set high, tuck immediately, pull hurd and open when you are done with 1 flip, you should still be near or at your peak. From here, swivel 180 degrees whichever direction you like and rotate to your back in a layout position. The time it takes you to rotate to your back in a layout after killing all your momentum should give the air awareness and confidence to go for the double front. Good timers are not flipped early and aggressively, imitating the double front, so it becomes easier just to keep pulling when you are ready for the double.

i like doing 1 and over rotating it and just doing a very fast life saving foward roll... that told me i was ready for 2
