Ive had alittle break from tricking and I started doing some 540's and need to get back into form as you can see. Please some tips would be very helpfull! :juji:

Try digging for more height (bending ur kicking leg before you push off it)

Drop the pivot and dig more. more blocking and be sure to feel the momentum flowing with your setup.

i think your setup is too slow. it seems like you are trying to jump really hard which is making your jump low. if you jump fast, not hard, and use your upper body a little more, i think it will make your execution a little easier

Ninjitsan is right... a high jump is not about how big and powerfull your muscles are, but how fast you can contract them.
