View Full Version : Alternative Methods for Increasing Your Dynamic Flexibility

Hey Juji (and evryone else),

I've been doing the exercises in the flexibility section 3 or 4 times a week for more than a year, but my static active flexibility is still lagging behind the rest.
(To put it into perspective, I can get full splits in 2 out of 3 directions, and my stretch kicks go well beyond head height - but my static holds aren't much wider than 100º)

Are there any other methods for improving your static active flexibility, or any reasons why it's taking to long?

Peace,
PhoenixFlex

Why does the title say dynamic instead of static? There's dynamic-active and static-active, your post is about static and title says dynamic.

What's the different between the 100 degrees you get with straight legs and the degrees you get with the raised leg bent?
