B-twist>S/t Was my first ever swing through!

Tip you need a Good B-twist. So if you just got them make sure you have control and can land simply on your left leg with no stumbling or falling onto your other leg.

Then before throwing it work on B-twist>S/t just cleanly and controlled swing through and just up up in the air.

When its good your ready to S/t Any B-twist>S/t>Trick.

Goodluck!

Sweet. I'm still working on my b-kick, but I will keep this in mind when I get my twist.

To make s/t super easy on btwist aside from getting a nice high btwist is dip a little bit later, so that way your flat spin allows you to end up facing the way you came instead of sideways. Then just commit to the s/t.

Practice just s/t ur leg to nothing at first with doing the btwist flatspin thing and then go for the real deal.

I can btwist st cork but not btwist st gainer... At least not as consistently. Corks are a hell of a lot easier to st out of btwists so definitely try corks first.

s/t's are hard with a wibbly wobbly btwist.

a more direct low inverted btwist works a lot better for me.

Why do you not do all your btwists like this?

because it's fawking hard to hyperhook with inversion imo

And because it would be an aerial twist if it was inverted ha...

I meant for like doubles and stuff.

Personally, I like your style, I am just wondering why you can do something and choose not to.

I think that you need a little bit more flatspin. You should land in a backside stance.

and you know this because you can hyper hook?

the easiest way to hh is by pumping ur swing thru leg. it doesnt matter if its inverted or not lol.

on topic: i could be wrong but it looks like you're opening up slightly early tricia. if you have a good enough btwist that you literally complete the move before you've even landed i think you're more than ready to swing it.

just dont open up so early. hold it for a biiiiiiiit more then go for it.

Yay for you Tricia!
From what I can see from your btwist, you will need to be able to btwist and land with your upper body higher for the swing. This'll make it a lot easier to swing through to corks/gainers.
