Any flexibility plan is good if it meets your criteria or goals, uses the most effective stretches for your goals, and doesn't hinder progress.

I was close but i was injuried and out for a month and some weaks .....so i lost my progress......=(
i want to apply some Isometrics but it hurts a bit ....and i can't see much progress with'em and also makes me tired.
