Backtucks:
A great tip for backflips out of any setup (roundoff, flik, standing) or variation (gainers, flash kick, full etc) is to drive your arms up and back as far as you can. Watch this vid of my Round off Flash kick (sorry don't have a vid of me doing a standard backtuck ill make one asap) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vhwpZDR9e5Y See how far and long I drive my arms back. They don't stop going back until my body is catching up with them. This should be applied to all your back flips. Also even if you are doing a roundoff backtuck you still have to tuck hard. Pull those knees to you chest. Finally it looked like you where throwing your head back a little on your tuck. Some people suggest doing this but they are horribly wrong and need to go take some real gymnastics classes. Never throw your head back on a backtuck, tuck it into you chest, balls spin well for a reason its the optimal rotating shape just look at planets, so become a ball.
back handspring:
Pretty nice for a single month. Two tips. First you want to end your BHS by throwing you arms behind you like you are about to do a back tuck. As soon as your hands touch down try throwing them behind you. This will cause you to land higher and be able to backflips/HS out of your BHS. Secondly, learn to rebound, meaning you should land your BHS and bounce naturally, it shouldn't be a forced jump. To do this you will need to tighten you gluts and point your toes hard. You tensed muscles should then act as a spring.
