how should i work out, which exercises should i do and how much, and all that beginning stuff i'd like to know! (:
i'm circa 183cm, i weigh around 68kg and i'm 14 years old, so i'm really in need of help haha. also i'm sorry if there's a thread that explains this, if there is please be gentle haha

Check out some of the stickied threads on this sub-forum, many of them are VERY helpful for exactly what you are looking for. Look around on them for a while, then ask questions if you need more specific help. Good luck!

Breakfast-oats, eggs, toast w/ peanut butter, cornflakes
lunches/dinner - rice, chicken, steak, vegetables, sandwiches
snacks - toast, peanut butter, almonds, fruit, dried fruit
These are just a few examples of foods...
Remember, you don't have to follow a super strict diet such as what Juji eats. Remember to KEEP IT BALANCED, know what you're putting in and how much you think you'll get out...
Eat how you feel, try not to feel hungry often
TRAIN WITH INTENSITY. 3x12 bench press
3x12 incline
3x10-12 dips (dip low, feel stretch in chest)
rows, overhead press, pressups, pull ups, chins etc
Supplements can be expensive, so don't worry about them if you can't afford it. The most important thing is food.
Keep at it and you'll see results, there's no secret to building muscle, just smart/hard training and proper nutrition booiiiiiiiiiiiii

At your age it will be more challaging adding beef to your bod. Increasing protein intake will not have major effects. Also if you plan to weight train DON"T go heavy... Trust me its not worth some of the injures you'll pick up: I damaged my wrists when i tied it, it took 4 years before i could train my wrists again (its just to risky and it slows progress).
Try not to think of your training as a means to get big (it adds a lot of pressure), just enjoy, let it become a habit or better yet, an addiction! Don't forget cardio the fitter your heart is the better it will be for you when you start weight training.
Good luck!

Make sure you are eating sufficiently every day.
Drink 2 litres of milk a day!
Eat oats, eggs, fish, meat, pasta, fruit, bread, cheese, buy whey protein, etc...
I will discuss this with you on msn.

Don't worry, back in march when i started to go to the gym i was 194cm and 66kg :P Pretty much as skinny as it gets.
I'm now up to 194cm and 80kgs, still with a somewhat low body fat %.
Just Commit to it. Eat well and train hard and its impossible for you to not get bigger!
