Do they constantly crack and click or is it just a few times before you are properly warmed up? Does pain follow suit?

Stop using random lols at the end of sentences, it makes you look like a complete idiot. God it felt good to write that sentence.

I wouldn't say that's anything to worry about,as long as you're in no pain & it decreases when you're warmed up.

I do believe he was using lol in its ironic sense.

As in: 'Hey, how goofy would it be if I typed lol at the end of this sentence lol? Oh ho ho, it just happened! How drole'.

My shit cracks all the time, and I'm not old either.

There's nothing to worry about if it doesn't hurt.

Yeah, my elbows and wrists click during preacher curls and my right wrist during lying tricep extension and forearm wrist curls.
My right wrist doesn't seem to be able to rotate as much, so gets to a certain point and clicks in and out of place.

I do not believe for a second that there was ever a conscious decision to add "lol" into the mix. It just comes naturally to the destroyed youth of the internet.

The lols are the new periods, to the delight of women everywhere.
