Ok so im new to gym and that stuff , actually i dont know from were to start. i have got the Stronglifts 5x5 but dunno what exactly i have to do and how to make a program.
i m tall and skinny thats the shit thats why i started, i tought that maybe i could train mon , wed , friday . tue/thu/sat gymnastics and tricking. or maybe i should just rest in some of these days? tnx :juji:
