Hi to all! So, just a simple question: How do you train for a human flag? What are the major muscles that need to be strenghten for this very showy move?
Thanks. :juji:

To be able to do a flag, you must train all of your muscles, haha. The ones that help the most are lats, shoulders, and all core muscles.

You should just keep trying it

That video is a wicked guide, best I've seen. Compliments BS very well.

There are a lot of variables in a record like that you have to wonder about, like flagging off of what...

I guess: flagging off a pole, legs straight and together, 90 degrees.
Maybe also arms straight.
Here's the video of the record: http://youtube.com/watch?v=JmHtLycyIvQ

The record doesn't really help, it's the preliminary exercises done to work up to it, which are in guides like beast and that other site.
