Hey guys, this is something I can usually figure out by myself but this one got me. In doors or in warmer temperature I am fine, as soon as I start walking in the cold my I.T band starts to flare up and hurt, it is especially noticeable on un even surfaces such as snow, cause we have alot of that shit in canada right now. I rolled it out on the foam roller and it made it feel better, but once again when I go outside it hurts.
I would like some input or advice on this please, my theory was everytime I go outside just roll it out lightly.

I had something like this.... i was told by a physio that it was because of week/imbalenced leg muscle control. try doing a hell of a lot of calf raises and flexability work of the lower leg. Also try one legged squats, focusing on keeping the knee over the 2nd and 3rd toes. This should help train leg muscle control without stressing IT band.
Should clear up pretty fast

I hate training in the cold because I can't get warmed up. I can't go running because I'll get sick not matter how bundled up I am, and even if I do get warmed up my nose, fingers and toes are freezing. I would rather it be 105 outside in the blazing sun the under 50 degrees.
