Okay, I know this might be a long shot but I'm going to ask anyways! If Juji can do it, I probably can too! Here's the story: Like the title say's, I'm trying to obtain a good photographic/digital camera! I'm going to be sharpening up my photography skills for pictures I'm going to edit to look more professional to add to my portfolio! I'm going to do alot of outside shots even tho it's like 20degrees over here. :( I'm only going to need it for a week or two. Maximum.

Here's all I require.

a test picture from the camera itself to see the quality of the pictures the camera can take(i dont want a crappy camera quality :P)

a usb coord so I can upload photo's to my computer so I can edit them(duh)

and the camera! lol

I will pay shipping cost's

I really don't expect anyone to say "OMG ya u can totally use my camera". hahah. I would however greatly appreciate it. Like I said, I'm only going to need it for a week or two, I'll also send you a copy of all the photo's edited if you want them. :P

p.s. Remember, I would do the same for you! :P

why not go out to a flea market and pick up a cheapo ($20) film SLR or something, and some nice film?

Or why not rent a camera from a store for a small (compared to normal price) fee?

Plus, the camera itself doesn't matter for quality as much as the lens does, you're going to want to know what lens you'll get too.

Obviously I am not going to lend you my camera or lenses : D

well, I don't know of any stores that will lend their camera's out without an somewhat expensive fee. Yea, and I forgot to add that to my post about the lens. Anyways, thanks.

Get a medium format camera for like $100 and shoot some slide film, that shit's nice.

craigslist is a great place to buy dslrs for much cheaper. especially with today's economy, i noticed a huge surplus of people selling theirs to make the extra buck or two. lenses are also cheaper too. or, you can rent lenses by the day.

i would highly recommend you buy your own camera if you plan to be taking pictures for more than just a hobby. just my thoughts though.

It's going to be more of a hobby than anything, but right now I'm saving up for a really nice Video Camera for my samplers! :) But thanks for the suggestions, something I'll def check out for future reference.
