She was doing spin crescents fine and she decided to get adventurous and try spinning hooks. She lost balance and her foot got trapped underneath a futon mattress and she fell. CRACK! :dead:

lol i broke my toe in summer and it still hurts.....

also nail got ripped out . that was so PAINFUL

Not sure... I hope not. How ironic that I was in the gym doing standing fulls and the worst injury i incurred was a skinned elbow...and two days ago, she broke her toe doing a spin hook! =P
