Tiny Bergen Gathering 09 update

Hey guys! :smile:

As I've mentioned before we're having a hard time getting the dates for Bergen, but NaN and me are struggling to figure out the dates for it. Our main problems would be renting the "gym with the big red bouncy thingy", getting a gym with plyo [since it's only one and they hate us so this is the most difficult part] and then ofc it's prices for renting stuff.

I can say allready now that we're 90 % sure that "fysak" [the sleeping place] will be ours through the enitre gathering, but we're currently plyoless.

It wont be as spectacular as last year, which is sad, but the main organizers [Snake and Astrid, snakes GF have said that they don't wanna be the main people behind it this year. So it's up to us other lazy asses to do it:tongue:

So the point with this thread is just to give you a tiny update on what's up about it. I know it's not very attractive anymore when we're not a 100 % sure about getting plyo and such but yeah..

Anyways, I wanted to ask you guys and girlsabout which dates suits you the best. BG is always hosted in july so give me some dates so that we know when to host it. Ofc, we also wanna know who's interested, and who's not [do this by sending me a mail, hidden-safari@hotmail.com, that basically tells me that you're interested in BG 09. NOTE: This is not a confirmation that Bergen gathering 09 will be held.]

Well, about the dates i would like to have them before july if possible because i begin military service in late july... so before that im up for anything! MAKE BG09 HAPPEN

Yes, we do really need turnkassen.. But the issue with that is that it's privately owned, so they can basically do what they wont with it, but I've heard from Sebben I think that they get a lot of communal support so they can't really throw us out or refuse to lend it to us for payment.. But this costs a lot unfortunately.

But my guess is that if we send a mail to "the big guys", we just need to make the mail and send it. I'll talk to some of the better writers in the Bergen tricking community [Jan, Lazy, Morten].

i will definately be coming to this whatever happens. Also even without turnkassen to be fair i don't think it would be that bad at all. We didn't go to turnkassen until like the third day or something last year and it was so much win up until then anyway! if we didn't just means more grass and puzzle mat tricks :D

haha, Great Devon! I'll try and get some dates on friday. It'll be about in mid july I guess [12-15]. Because this is about the time most people have the oppurtunity to go.
