Here's my Cartwheel>front http://vimeo.com/3648612 , please give me tips and hints so I could finally land it and go for cartwheel>fulls. I didn't make it slowmo so pause&play to look for flaws.

all you have to do is punch more, then twist hard. i think cartwheel fulls are easier than r.o fulls to be honest.

How bent should the legs be when landing my cartwheel?

Your legs are too far apart when coming out of your CW - your left leg should land right in front of your right leg .

You want your feet to be infront of your hips so you can block UP when you punch - as soon as your left leg makes contact really pop off both feet .

Why are you telling him to do moves that are harder variations of the move he can't do yet? hahah
Let him learn cartwheel front before telling him to twist it or wrap thru twist. :punched:

Good cartwheel, im not even joking so many trickers have poor cartwheels lol.

But yeah its all there you need to be going up more.

Pause the video when your comming out of your cartwheel into the front flip, before you've left the ground your head is diving for the floor, thats a big nono.

Other then that its pretty snaz (Y)

S/T stands for Swing through, you just swing your leg from trick to another trick. For example b-twist s/t gainer or doublecork s/t doublecork! :D

u look like you have it down but pretty much just use all your momentum from your cartwheel then once your lead leg hits the ground explode up and execute the front flips, your momentum will pull you forward
