thanks everyone as always. you know i appreciate it always:):):):):):):):):):)
On the sideswipe you need to be inverted, you can't be looking at a target that is in front of you. On the cork, well, you have to twist aha. The raiz is looking pretty solid, drill it til it has a stable landing.

Also, try concentrating on arching in both the raiz and sideswipe, works wonders for inversion
Um i dno, i just wanted to say lol at the girl flop in the background of 3rd vid.

i know it is supposed to be inverted lol, but get this mr. dragonfly, when i arch, i get no height, which is why i could never land anything related to raiz. when i did this i asked skilzat for an analysis and this is what he he said
"It seems that when you dip down into the trick, and then takeoff, your body stays down and your head stays relatively neutral and you go downwards. It's almost as if you're sort of throwing yourself down as you takeoff. " see i dont know how to fix this, which my only theory is that it is a timing issue. for example i think i was arching before i jumped. ugh technicalities. oh and scott the td s/t cork fail was posted for shits and giggles. it would ludicrous to ask advice on a move that clearly, well, you know what i mean:)
easiest way to do a high sideswipe is to keep your chest up like ur gonna raiz but then power through with ur kicking leg, there really easiy if u can raiz and 540... i got mine on the first try

you are not arching at all.
keep in mind arching does a number of things other than curve your back.
it opens your chest and hips. this will allow you to achieve inversion without losing height.
so think about that next time you try any inverted kick. get those hips out and open. "hump the air"
seriously the main thing jeremy and anis stressed to me when talking about raiz was opening the hips up. arching is one way to achieve this but for some reason you cannot get that to kinesthetically work for you--try another visualization technique. like "humping the air".
however you can trick or convince your body to let your hips and chest open up.
