My karate school had a 5 hour open floor night, and much tricking resulted.

Your flashkick is very nice dave and i like your 540 alot. You have good dynamic flexibilty, im sure in a little while your kicks will end galaxies :smile:

Sorta. It's harder that gym plyo, but a lot softer than puzzle mats. I still prefer grass to that floor though. :eh:
