So I've been trying to get the front handspring for ages, and I still haven't got it. But I was just drilling the one handed carthweels to progress to an aerial.. Then I did one and felt an awesome flipping motion in my body.. So I continued to work it and improve it and now I can do one handed front handsprings..

I want the 2 handed fhs but I still can't get it, but I can get the one handed ones.. But still, i'm not annoyed, I'm ecstatic. My friend ran at me and we embraced, then fell to the floor.

Love getting new tricks.

I just imagine a front handspring as a really fast handstand. It worked for me.

Don't worry, you'll get it!

When I did my first aerial, my friend came over to me and started humping my ass...in front of the lower grades.

But alas, I didn't practice aerials after I screwed up my ankle and now I can't do them anymore. :(

The backyard ninjas think that a handstand is a pretty cool trick!
