I'm the leanest I've been in a long time - 180lbs.

Unable to train at my gym at the minute, so I'm doing high volume work with stone bags, sand bags, bird seed bags, water filled swiss ball, my own body weight & 30kg dbs.

Haven't had the free time I've been after to try tricking out yet, but I certainly plan to & when I do I'll be recording everything.
