that was very nice man - try to make the first kick a round kick, then the second one will come out much easier

dont think too much about the first kick. What helped a lot for me was to do a cheat 7 (dub pump) with the first leg straight. This way you can focus more on the second kick and the first kick just feels like a pump and it wont be so hard to get that second kick out.
And also, roundkicks = :good:

I know what you mean but I remember somebody mentoined that there is two kind of Jackknifes.
The first when you do like an extended cheat 7
and the second when you actually do the kicks. You know what I mean?
I want to learn the second type :juji:

My experience with the jacknife: When I did it like you do now, it was hard to get the second kick out. (your jacknife looks pretty good btw :P) But when I tried to do a cheat 7 with my leg straight, it didnt really feel like a kick, but because you think about "doing a cheat 7" your focus is on the second kick, so you turn your hips around fast without spending much time on the first kick. But because of this, you also straighten your leg faster (at least I do:tongue:) which makes it a more "snappy" kick.
And if you want to check out my jacknife: http://www.vimeo.com/3033703
(I could also need some tips haha:smile:)
I dunno, just how I learned jacknifes:tongue:

Yeah Its very hard to do that second kick.I just feel like Iam doing the 540, and in mind air I think * Hey! Stop for a moment, turn out your hips that you could kick* then I turn out and squeeze that kick out with my full strength :D
I think you have a great Jk.We both just need to practice more and more to speed up the thing and it will be okay :)
