I'm soo mad..I was drilling my tornado, and actually going at it pretty strong in the hopes of landing a 540 and I guess I pulled my right groin...At first, I was trying to push through it a little bit, but the pain was really limiting my range of motion, causing my tornados to look half assed and shitty. After it, my groin felt really sore and later on I had trouble walking, actually limping like an old man. This was on Sunday.

I kept stretching it and even applied ice. The next day, it felt a little better, but still felt sore, so I kept stretching it. My mistake may have been to play around with the soccer ball later on in the day with my friends.

Now yesterday, it felt alot better, but I could still feel the soreness so I just kept stretching it. Then, I played around with the soccer ball again...I have a feeling I shouldn't have done that but o well..

Today, I can walk alot easier and stuffs, though I can still feel the soreness, but I can't trick, since every time I try to bring my knee to my chest it hurts.. which is pissing me off since I was planning to try some new things

I have no idea what else I can do. I really want to trick since I'm actually starting to get into it, but it hurts..Should i just stay off it and hope for the best or is there something more I should doo?

HELP ME TT

The first and last time i pulled my groin really hard i couldn't walk properly for the rest of the day.

Then it healed up straight away. I even tricked the day after and it never hurt anymore.

Well like it's not the first time this has happened to me.

The first time, I rested and the next day it was awesome and everything. In fact, it felt better then ever when I started tricking again..

But this time, it's lingering, though I think it's just because I went a bit harder on it this time around..

REST. don't do shit, you will keep injuring it. i have been on a groin injury for the last three months, and at times it feels better, then i go and trick and fuck it up again.
do light stretches and strengthening exercises. go to a sauna if you can. apply tiger balm to the groin area(this one is my favorite)

take your time with this one, don't let it get more serious

put your focus into something that doesn't fuck with your groin

i have been working hand balancing a lot more in recent times because of this

I had the same as you, where days after tricking it hurt to walk. this is never a good sign. means it is time to rest

Same thing happened to me when drilling tornadoes, I rested for about a week with no kicks - including soccer, no stretching and just normal daily activities. It felt quite shortened after that week, but got the flexibility back after a few days and no more problems.

I would just rest it and gauge how it feels. I mean generally resting is your only option but I have trained with pulled muscles but it also depends on the extent of the pull. It may be possible to train with the pull with proper warm ups but once again its up to you to guage it. If something was hurting on me pretty bad from a pull I would make sure I was dripping with sweat before I tried anything like that..I didn't want to take any chances.
