Pancakes! 1 cup almond meal, 2 eggs, 2 Tblsp oil, 1/4 cup water (or soda water/lemonade for a bit of fluff), pinch of salt, honey to taste. Mmmmm. Delicious. I usually put more oil in it, and put some descicated coconut in last time, was goood, even if you just eat the mixture without cooking. (cook in a pan with the lid on, easier to flip)
Salmon n salad (also excellent with sliced kangaroo sausages) . Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot, mushroom, almonds, plenty of olive oil, basil/chives and/or chopped chilli or chopped thyme and diced nectarine.

BBq Chicken, sunflower seeds, pepitas, brocolli, cauliflower, zucchini, cabbage, carrot with chilli sauce and microwave for 1.5-2 mins. Quick, tasty and easy. can also replace chilli sauce with garlic, ginger, coconut milk and green curry paste and microwave or stirfry.

Regardless of what the anabolic diet says, you probably still will develop bad cholesterol from eating a bunch of bacon and eggs every day, ha ha.

But is the cholesterol thing the cause of heart disease or a result of it? The cholesterol patches up the damaged arteries, high blood pressure, high blood glucose etc damage it in the first place.
