y dont any of those great trickers make a nice topic about conditioning for total noobs? cause all conditioning articles on other websites like youtube and so are dedicated to a sepcial sport, so what are the exercises and stretches required for tricking??

what do you mean by exercises? trickers dont have to tell you how to condition your body... it should be pretty much common sense,
best exercises for tricking... mmhhh how about tricking??
start with the basics, perfect them, and then try to nail the harder stuff, thats all there is

I wrote a gigantic topic about this in the other forum but it seems like you want it to be more basic.
Warm up with dynamic stretches, side/front/back/outside lifts.
Do crescent kicks, do hook kicks, roundhouse, etc
trick
static stretch
end.
No other conditioning is necessary because tricking is a lazy mans sport.
