Does anyone eat this? It is supposed to be an ancient superfood

I drank some of it with some water a couple days ago and it was an interesting drink, I rather liked it. A bit expensive though in most places.

I've been drinking a teaspoon full every day and I rather like it.

Apparently it has a whole shitload of benefits making it superior to flax in every way, with plenty of added bonuses.
I recommend, especially if you take flax
