How can I improfe my backflip? I want to know whether it is possible to do a standing double backflip on normal ground.

haha the title totally doesn't resemble anything in the video except the word backflip

your backflips crazy high very nice. looks good to me but maby other people will help you. if your going to go for a double get a spotter and do it into a foam pit of sum description

of course this was obviously just an attempt at showing off and not actually a request of any real help at all.

Well, anything is possible, and your height is amazing; though the momenturm from your tuck isn't that great...

It'd be awesome if you could do it though lol.

If you want help seriously on it, ask a gymnastics coach or something. With a standing tuck like that you need fine tuning not help
