Is it any good, informative & Instructional - you can actually learn from it or more show off/demo type stuff?

the only person with good kicks in that clip is the girl, and she's good only cuz of her flexibility.

they're all pretty shitty though. just go stretch and drill your own basic kicks and figure shit out for yourself.

i dunno what dave m's talking about. this is a basics video and it seems like they have good basics. also this video is dated as hell so it wil probably cover what was popular in terms of moves in naska back in the day. That said matt mullins has always had really good basics.

but to express my view clearly, i don't think a DVD will help all that much. talk to other people for free and hear what advice they might have.

Is Sireesha Achanti still competing? There are videos of her on Youtube but older. Does she teach , have a website, etc?

Maybe someone here has seen it to say what it's like it is on sale where I am but still would be great to hear what it covers & if it is actually very Instructional first.

Only DVD you should buy is the Loopkicks DVD. Full of tutorials and just an overall awesome DVD.

Don't waste money on any of these instructional crap. You can find good tutorials here from JUji or on youtube. :good:
