Hey, for the purpose of gaining muscle, what do you guys think of bbq once a day? Like, for dinner, or even lunch? I think it's a nice and easy way to cook chicken or even steak. What do you guys think?

But cool it with the GHG emissions butthash. Use an electric grill or I'm gonna let my forest friends loose on your ass.

Pretty much what my colleague steve said, it's fine, but watch for the emissions.

Actually electric grills probably even release the same amount of GHG. So essentially, die.

And usually the BBQ crispyness you get will char up the meat, releasing carcinogens, destroying some protein and fats and minimising the nutrients you get from the vegetables, not to mention hydrolising the oil you use to cook it with. I consider the microwave or a steamer/boiler to be just as easy. Maybe not as tasty though.
Thats if you worry about that kind of stuff, (although it is proven for veges it's best to boil them).
