a move i am never doing again losers off a wall
i was basically not running and doing them standing, only taking one step forward into them and getting onto my back, i fucked the last one up(bailed) and i landed on my neck and knocked myself out for a few seconds, then i had this huge pain in my chest so i had to go home cause whenever i moved it fucking hurt and jumping really hurt when landing..my ribs are the focus of the pain a tricker who can't jump :dead:this was my worst bail ever :/ so far anyway

i tried a double front off a wall at the beach and i landed on my back, i wasn't in pain at all because of the adrenaline!
when i was trying hyper double corks, i used to get lost in mid air and land on my back or on one of my knees, some of those were pretty painful. there is one in presummer07 where i land hard on my knee and i couldn't walk properly for a while haha.
loads of other things, but i am too lazy to type more.

Iv'e landed on the back on of head onto concrete before.
Iv'e droped off my trampoline and landed on my neck.
Fucked up my back trying gainer-flashes.
Sprained my ankle doing aerials on hard floor.
Landed flat on my back trying a frontflip off a height...
I could probably go on, but I need to go get myself something to eat.

I was going for a 540 on hard floor when someone mixed up the switches and turned off the lights instead of the AC. I was at the peak of the jump, everything goes dark, I think "WTF" and bam, my heel was so bruised I couldn't walk properly for weeks.
My best one was when I was learning standing backflips with spotters, and one of them got distracted by a bboy doing a full. Landed straight on my head, huge crack, but I survived.

I had torn my meniscus a month prior to this clip. I just wasnt aware of it.I had been feeling pain every now and then and i couldnt do kicks,cus they hurt like a bitch.After this,however,i had to go see the doc and he diagnosed me with a torn meniscus. It was the RIGHT knee.

Once, when I was working on my cheat900, I wanted to make one really powerful so I keep wrap and I kick as hard as I can... My landing foot doesn't tought the ground and I hyper it...on my knee :dead:.
My right knee hit the ground so hard, I couldn't walk for like 2 weeks...

once I tried a raiz on my bad side and my landing foot completly missed the ground, causing me to land in a flawless sidesplit..
and I didn't know how to sidesplit :dead:
once did a huge c7 in my house and as my hook came out my heel
completly smashed the sharp corner of my coffee table....
Didnt even know something was wrong till I sit down and reach for the TV remote, saw my carpet all red....lacerated my heel
corkscrew bailed straight onto my wrist....about a month ago wrist still killin me...

Probably the combination of my goofy stalled b-twist, my lion roar and the fact that it is actually quite funny. :tongue: It didn't hurt that much, it mostly went numb. The biggest pain was not being able to trick except for the occasional 1 legged trampoline session and 540_mslg_540s :wink:

it didnt look bad at the time but it was the nastiest injury. i over rotated a c720 twist and landed on my knee causing it to swell up and i had 15 ml of blood drained from the top of mu knee cap

Front flipped like 25 ft across a tumble track, knocked myself out on landing, cracked half my molar tooth off, the bone was sticking out my chin, I lost all memory and since then have had mild short term memory loss thats gotten alot better over time thank god.
Then after that got back into freerunning, over rotated a front flip on wooden floor and broke my nose.
Fucked it all off, then got back into freerunning, did a big roof gap in the pissing down rain like a fucking idiot, slipped, basically shattered my right shoulder and tore tendons between my neck and right shoulder. I couldn't lift my right arm at all for like 6 weeks haha.
Bad times, bad times. You'd think me being so crap would make me less-likely to have bad injuries. It's probably why I just can't ever be bothered getting into anything like it anymore haha.

My "worst" crash happened when I was doing a C720 Twist.
I was in this small gathering, which happened to be my first one! Becuase of that, I had a huge adrenaline level. I was doing a C720 Twist, but I over-rotated, hypered the C7T and landed on my face. :eh:

My major bails...
First: Broken and dislocated wrist. Backflip related. Out of tricking for 6 months.
Second: Broken collarbone, which I waited two weeks before having surgery to put the pieces back into place. Was guilt-tripped into trying double cork. Still several weeks of healing left.
High pain threshold is awesome haha.

I've never broken anything whilst tricking. But I've landed on my head and neck more times than I can remember. Actually, being hit in the head that many times I shouldn't remember. But I do... wait wtf. Basically I've banged my head a lot.

I tried a gainer in the gym and landed on my face on the plyo flooring. Then I tried it on a tumble track the next week because I thought it would give me more spring which would mean more time. Not only did I land on my face, I also skidded on my face. Skidding on a tumble track is painful and left my nose and eye not looking the same for the next few weeks.

Well overrotated a rudy from tramp to plyo ... my head hurted for a while.
Moonkicked the plyo like 2 months ago, my heel still hurts like a bitch. :(
And I did something to a nerve in my lower back, couldn't train for like 2 whole months, I was in pain when walking, I couldn't even think about kickin, jumpin or anything like that.Then I needed like a month to get back to where I was. =/
Well when I think about it that's all. Nothing really serious except that nerve thing, it still hurts me once in a while. :S
Broke my hand and popped a couple of fingers out stalling a dleg too long and landed it on my fingers and face.
I had one of my worst tricking fails yesterday.
I was trying to have straight legs in my b-twist, but because of this I rotated insanely fast so when I kicked my leg out to land my foot missed the ground, so my other leg hit the ground forcing me into a splits like position while screwing over my ankle. So, it turns out that I can do the splits, despite being about as flexible as a floorboard. Woo, painkillers.
