I got a lot of request to make some tutorials, i dunno why, if there is a lot of good peoples who does better and wrotte the english better than me.

Well, since my job takes me half of the all day and school the other half, i had to do this while i was in the fucking office.

I focused in the most important notes, there is no prologe or epiloges, juts the vid.

I think cartwheels and running aerials will help.

OH this was an aerial tutorial you made for somebody else??

yeah, looked like a b-kick. I agree with DarkXacreD, maybe run to get some momentum so you can get your legs higher.

It did NOT look like a bkick. If I saw a bkick like that I'd piss my shit out of my ears.
It did, however, look like a dodgy tricker aerial.
Ideally of course learning the aerial from a running setup yeilds better all-purpose aerial skill, but you're not trying that so I'll just try to give you tips to land THIS aerial.

Get very fluid, easy cartwheels. Roundoffs etc will help. Being able to dive into a cartwheel may also possibly help.

1. You're swinging your first arm down. Dont do this. Dip your torso and reach in the direction you wish to aerial. Dont focus on getting your torso upside down before your legs leave the ground, horizontal should be enough.

2. You're ripping your arms up too early. Wait until your first takeoff leg has nearly reached the peak of its movement and you're jumping off the jumping leg before you pull your arms up to the side of you for height. Experiment with the timing, you'll see what I mean (I had this problem at one stage too).]

3. Bent legs look messy. At least try to take off with the first leg straight.

If you correct these three things your aerial will level up.

Compare your aerials to other peoples' too.

deleted.
The reason is simple, my tricking skills are decreasing, because i only have time to study and work all day, and when it ends, its time do sleep again.

I Finally got time to start tricking in sunday, but will be very complicated.
