I won gold at sportday (longjump) frontflipping into the sandpit kneeing myself in the eye hard enough for my eye to turn black and bleed. I still travelled the furthest haha.

I chew my toenails specifically so I don't sever any major ligaments while tricking.

Your legs clearly tangle when you twist, so when you go to swipe, you have to bring your kicking leg out from behind your non-kicking, which resulted in a cut in this case.

Solutions: A) Untangle your twists and spins (all of them, pop9's especially)
Solutions: B) Pump, it helps get the kick out.
Solutions: C) Cut your toenails.
Solutions: D) All of the above.

When I first started out, I was so pumped for one of my tricking sessions and I was like "Alright! Let's start with a butterfly kick!" and as I did the dip, my knee hit my face. Totally ruined the rest of the session.
