So I was just drilling my kicks yesterday and I noticed that I haven't uploaded my Tornados on TT yet
I think that I'm pretty much there, even if I should jump more =P

Are they good?
How can I turn them into 540s?
Tips are appreciated (as always)

yeah that's a decent tornado for the start. :good:
You'll just need to improve some things and add general power to it to turn it into a 540, but it shouln't be too much work. Some general hints are actually jumping off of the takeoff leg, lifting the non kicking leg more for height, and turning your hips midair to allow tha kick to come all the way through. But that are all things that every tutorial can tell you.
I don't want to sound like an ass and it isn't meant negative, but you're just starting, and you really don't need to post every trick (or pre trick in this case) you learn. It's not like it helps anyone. Just watch tutorials if you want hints and practice. If you have a trick that doesn't click for you after a few months of practice and tons of tutorials, and you think your prerequisites are good enough, then you can make a help thread and ask for tipps.
But you really don't need to keep everyone updated on every little progress you do, better just progress and keep your footage for a sampler.
Again, not meant harsh or anything, and ofcourse you can post everything you want. It's just how I would do it.

I'm going to agree Wilhelm. No need to really post everything. Just because it gets too repetitive but instead save it up for a sampler, thats what everyone wants to watch anyway.
As far as your tornado kick is concerned, really work on turning your hips over. If you can make into a roundhouse kick instead of like a cresent kick it would really help your chance of getting the 540. Turn your body and hips waaaay more and keep that knee up high. Wait until its almost facing front again before throwing the kick.

No need to feel like an ass or something, I know what you are saying and I quite agree with you
It's just that I wanted to be sure that my technique on this trick was good enough to trasform it into a 540, and your helpful advices are always enlightening on this kind of things
