I posted a thread tho other day called "what do you call this? is it a gainer 360?" and i found out i was actually doing a cork.. so i learned how to do them right. please tell me what you think, and how i can improve it.

A trampoline can only help so much. Dont get stuck and end up only been able to trick on a trampoline. You should get yourself on the ground and bust some moves :)

But seriously, if you can do corks that easily on the trampoline, its time to move onto grass or plylo. :smile:

loose the trampoline and do it on the floor, swing ur leg harder...this may be a symptom of the trampoline tho cos ur swinging ur leg with the bounce of the trampoline.. hard to see how it is if ur on a trampoline
