I remember in Kurz' movie seeing him do stuff like that. What I got wondering is, if it works with a cable pulley, couldn't it work with a Total Gym?

I can get one of those for $800, but I don't have any place to put it. I hate that.

You're better off buying jump stretch bands and finding a place to loop them around.

I have a total gym and I use it for certain training but for you I would just get the elastic bands. I've never tried to mess with bands they have for the total gym too much of a pain

You hoping to, "tone up?"Oy, don't interject with terminology not even used.

I have a total gym and I use it for certain training but for you I would just get the elastic bands. I've never tried to mess with bands they have for the total gym too much of a painTotal Gym doesn't use bands, they use a cable pulley system that uses your weight on the sled (and I think maybe some have a place to add plates to it too) along with the level of incline to determine the resistance.

You're better off buying jump stretch bands and finding a place to loop them around.I don't like to look stuff to stuff, and variable resistance is annoying sometimes, plus you always worry about those things losing resistance over time. I know for bowflex systems they have a resistance-testing device to see if that happens (so you can trade in lifetime warranty and stuff) but I'd only buy it for something like that, not to test a jumpstretch.
