Who cares! Side splits are so epic! It doesn't work with front splits because you'll tip to the side so easily.

Man in the last time i am facing some knee problems, specialy at the left knee the tendon i dont know how to say i feel a need to snap it to the right ( that big tendont on the right side of the left knee at the back of the knee.). This is anoying it makes the stretching a bit more dificult. I have something little problems with the right kne two what could be??
