do you have to warm up your muscles before doing a morning routine?

My dynamic flex. of my legs (which, for me is the most important, as it is for most people..? ) is quite moderate, but I'd like to really max it, so instead of once every 2 days, I'd like to stretch 2 times a day (morning and evening)

but I'd like some tips on the intensity of a morning routine.

Do your first 10-12 reps (first set) at 50% of your maximum stretch. You should be able to reach this fairly easily, and then gradually increase on the repetitions that follow.

For the morning routine, start with joint rototations and hip flexor stretches, and bird dogs. Then do light leg raises. The morning routine shouldn't make you tired, it should just 'loosen' you up a bit

The warmup is part of the routine.

A lot of joint exercises would be best. And I like doing those bird dogs also. I do those several times on each side and also hold each one.
