Ok, I've been seriously trying to get into eating this stuff because I've read all the good things it can do for one's daily diet. The problem is there has got to be some better way to eat in than just by itself. Any suggestions? I bought a tub of this stuff so yeah...I'm going to eat but its just sort of blah by itself.

Such as? I mean I know the common thing is fruit but what if I don't want to add too much sugar to the snack and/or meal of cottage cheese, you know? I could just tolerate the taste but honestly I love food and I would rather find some enjoyable way to eat it.

Experiment, try and mix it with other essential daily foods and throw some spices/flavourings in, I find it fun and satisfying.

In my opinion, sacrificing putting fruit in because of it's sugar content is retarded unless you're a bodybuilder preparing for a competition.

Fruit if healthy, use it.

Nuts and fruit are usually pretty good. It's nice to be able to add citrus fruits like grapefruit or oranges, since it's already curdled.

You can also add chunks of chicken and other animal fleshes without it tasting bad. Use it to make tuna or egg salads. Put it on leafy salads. Its blahness makes it very versatile.

If you actually dislike it, don't bother. There are plenty of other good foods that you might enjoy.

thank you for giving me a usuable suggestion. If it were tuna, chicken or egg salads are you talking about replacing the mayonaise that is usually used or just mixing about half of the CC and half mayo? Just curious.

This question about cottage cheese has been asked a lot before, lol?

Try it with just the cottage cheese first. If you don't like it then you can add other things until it taste good.

It think that it just seems a little bit unimportant. It's just a food. If you like it, good. If you don't, then there certainly are other choices available.

cool, thats what I figured. I'll probably make a tuna and/or salmon salad with it. salt, pepper, onion, egg all those things would probably subdue the taste quite a bit. I appreciate your help!
