Are they bad for tricking? They have helped me.
If you are talking about the energy drink, then yes, they are. If consumed regularly, they will decrease bone mass, making your bones and joint more prone to breaking when you trick. If you need a good energy boost, watch some awesome samplers (Mike Martini's "Last Chapter", or Anis' "Loopkicks '06", Or any Juji Sampler) and draw out that longing to be as good as they are. This, combined with awesome music will keep you psyched.

Na fuck that, soft drinks do the same thing. Anything is bad for you if you have too much of it; you can die from drinking too much water. I drink energy drinks on an irregular basis but it's because if you drink them all the time you get used to the dose of caffeine & all the other crap that's in em. Have one now and again if you feel like it, trick & have fun.

i have found, especially lately, that energy drinks [mixed w/ certain mind altering drugs] make tricking a helluva lot more enjoyable.

Any soft drink will deplete bone mass though they really arent too bad in moderation
in order to save money i would recommend creating your own energy drink using caffeine pills or coffee, b-complexes (these probably don't do anything but are in every energy drink for some reason) and whatever else you please, like ephedra or marijuana
B-vitamins are excellent. They are good for regulating nerve functions, helping you get psyched when needed, and cooling down when needed. They also increase the efficiency of nerve messaging. I take a B supplement every morning with 4000% B-12 and B-6 and it is excellent. On days that I do not take it, I do not feel quite as awesome.
Oh, there's no side effects (other than bright green urine) and no crash.
Before a session that I feel good about I might drink 2-3 cups of Yerba Mate tea and might take half a pill of B-complex and it works very well, no jittering or anything.
B-complexes are the active ingredient (8333% B-12 and 2000% B-6) in 5-hour energy. I've had alot of energy drinks, and that's my favorite because there is no crash and you don't feel like crap the next day.

I feel compelled to experiment with such ingredients for a homemade energy boost. If for no other reason than to learn shit.

My body isn't used to such stimulants and I have found they make me more jittery than energized.

Oh yeah adrenaline shot.
I get those for free every month or so (when they expire) because I'm allergic to bee stings.

actually, caffeine is the active ingredient
b vitamins have absolutely no perceptible effect besides the one you're inventing in your head
the only legitimate way you could receive an "energy boost" from b-vitamins is if you were deficient in the first place and you would have to be retarded or eat only lettuce or some such nonsense in order to achieve this

Well if the effect is produced by me merely believing that they will have an effect, than there is still an effect.
But anyway, I'm just saying what works for me. If it doesn't work for you, that's fine, but it works for me.

because you could be using something that actually works instead of something (that costs significantly more money) that you are pretending works
why not just drink noni juice and practice hot sauce enemas
