Haha, practice... but wrestling fans could careless how many spins you do because they couldnt call the name or rotation for a flip if they tried.
But there's a couple wrestlers that are pretty crazy. I'm probably 1 of 10 in the world the crazy flipping department.

I really hope that WTF pitlock, meant that it was real awesome :)

That was the best thing I've seen in a while, those standing rudys were cool, and those gainer arabian things was complete 'WTF' and don't worry, I'm sure Dan means it in a good way.

I don't know. When do guys trick that's not friday or saturday? Cause I practically wrestle every weekend.

But yeah if anyone wants to come out for a show. I wrestle in Indiana, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and recently West Virginia.

lol the japanese wrestler looked so fake (i kno its fake but it doesnt have to look it). Mexican one was more realistic but the people just kept giving it to him. like theyde keep theyre arms out for him to grab. i liked shocker333's the best
