Advice for better gainer flash

Hey TT, just started landing gainer flashes, just asking for advice on how 2 make them better.

edit: for some reason its really laggy the first time u play it but its fine after that.

swing your arms more behind! you stop at facelevel, jump!! (your knee isn't even fully extended), kick your leg up a bit more straight, you could also try do look back at the peak of your jump some people do that....
and learn j-step it's MUCH easier and if you can do a j-step many tricks will get easier too...
