Has anyone tried this method of ankle sprain treatment? What are their methods? They claim that RICE is shit and HEM can have you playing your sport at full strength in a week haha. I can't find it anywhere.

It's just an internet marketing info product. I can assure you the advice is probably nothing more than your typical ankle exercises, intense ice baths, and maybe a wobble board.
Theres plenty of info on ankles around here, look around.

Haha. I know how to condition, but even that won't bring them back in a week. Some kid on some random forum said his ankles got "disgustingly flexible and strong" or something like that. I was just curious about what methods they use, even if they are hyping it up.

Since ligaments lack blood flow, and blood is generally required to heal things, I'm not sure why people even RICE their ankle unless there is an enormous amount of swelling. Not to say HEM is good, I don't even know what it stands for, probably Heat, E?, and Movement--similar to MEAT i'd assume.

when i had 3rd degree sprain..nothing helped me but RICE
though i got no idea what HEM is.
just don't force yourself to walk
you could train ur ankle after you take the cast off (if you had one on like i did)
but don't over train them. you don't wanna get your ligaments torn again

Wobble boards do not treat sprains. If anything, you could reinjure yourself using one. They are for training stability and balance, 'prehab' if you want, not for rehabilitation.
